About Our Agencies & Congress
Uniting
Uniting is our community services branch, providing more than 770 programs and services across the Synod.
It helps people experiencing homelessness, drug and alcohol addiction or mental health issues, supports people with disability, helps older people to maintain their independence, provides people with opportunities to access training and meaningful employment and supports asylum seekers.
Uniting works closely with other Uniting Church organisations active in the community, including local congregations, Parish Missions, Uniting AgeWell, Uniting Housing and UnitingCare Australia.
Uniting World
UnitingWorld is the international aid and partnership agency of the Uniting Church in Australia. We partner with the global church to address the causes and consequences of poverty, injustice and violence. Because every person is beloved by Good and invited to a life that is whole and hopeful.
Frontier Services
Frontier Service is an agency of the Uniting Church in Australia and serving and connecting isolated people in remote areas.
Uniting Aboriginal and islander Christian Congress
UCICC seeks to unite in one fellowship all Aboriginal and Islander Christians who have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord. We aim, in collaboration with other people to bring to an end the injustices which hold Aboriginal and Islander people at the fringes of Australian society. This work continues in building Covenant relationship with First Peoples.
